Doula Services
As Certified Birth Doulas we offer emotional and physical support through your entire pregnancy, as well as support for families and loved ones. Although pregnancy is most often associated with birth, our practice as Full Spectrum Doulas also extends to working with people with a variety of pregnancy outcomes including abortion, adoption, surrogacy, miscarriage and stillbirth.
Our responsibility as your doula is to provide comfort and informed support, while acting as a resource for any questions that may arise during your pregnancy. A lot of our philosophies as practitioners are aligned with principles of the Radical Doula, which focuses on birth activism that empowers people through reproductive justice. We are proud to support low-income families, people of colour, and 2SLGBTQIA+ families. Diversity and inclusivity are at the core of all of our services and you can trust that no matter what your circumstances are, we offer a safe space that values the beauty of vulnerability and the power of positivity.
